No. SoldierOS is an independent product built by a squad leader to make small-unit leadership easier. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or Department of Defense.
What can I use it for?+
The pilot centers on leader actions, Soldier development, readiness visibility, recurring requirements, and the context you need to lead proactively.
Can I put sensitive data in it?+
Not during the early pilot. Never enter classified information, CUI, medical details, SSNs, or other sensitive personal data. The pilot uses minimal, non-sensitive information.
Who is it for first?+
Reserve and National Guard team leaders, squad leaders, platoon sergeants, and platoon leaders who need continuity between drill weekends. Other small-unit leaders are welcome too.
