1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Incendiary Media LLC governing SoldierOS websites, pilot features, and related services. By using SoldierOS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Pilot status and independence
SoldierOS is an experimental, pre-release pilot. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. SoldierOS is independently developed and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any government agency.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited data
You may enter the requested City, ZIP, and high-level readiness-action label. You must not enter classified information, CUI, OPSEC-sensitive details, medical records, diagnoses, profiles, appointments or treatment details, SSNs, financial information, or sensitive personnel narratives; use SoldierOS as an official personnel, readiness, medical, legal, disciplinary, or emergency system; upload data you lack authority to use; bypass security; disrupt the service; impersonate others; scrape protected content; or use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or harassment.
4. Accounts, connections, content, and feedback
You are responsible for credentials and account activity. Only invite or identify a leader using contact information you are authorized to use. Connection requests are for voluntary professional coordination; they may not be used to impersonate, pressure, shame, monitor, or harass another person. Leaders are responsible for confirming a connection before relying on it.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use it to provide, secure, and improve the service. You grant us the right to use feedback and suggestions without identifying you unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual property
SoldierOS, its design, software, branding, and content are owned by Incendiary Media LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Founding access and future pricing
Founding access for individual leaders is currently offered without charge unless stated otherwise in writing. Future optional plans, organizational capabilities, or services may require payment. We will present any pricing and obtain your agreement before charging you.
7. Disclaimers
SOLDIEROS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA, READINESS INDICATORS, DEADLINES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE. VERIFY INFORMATION AGAINST AUTHORITATIVE SOURCES.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCENDIARY MEDIA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE FREE PILOT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
9. Termination and changes
We may suspend access to protect the service or address violations, discontinue the pilot, or update these Terms by posting a revised version. Provisions that should survive will survive termination. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
